Position Summary:
The Client Support Specialist plays a critical internal role in supporting client satisfaction and retention by proactively identifying operational issues before they impact the client experience. This position focuses on internal monitoring, checks and balances, workload assessment, and SLA adherence across client accounts and production teams. Unlike a Client Success Manager, this role does not own client relationships or retention targets. Instead, it partners closely with Client Success, Operations, and Collection teams to surface risks, identify trends, and support process improvements that ultimately protect the client experience. This role will have a training period of at least four months to ensure the Client Support Specialist understands Dedicated's business functions including but not limited to 3rd Party collections, Legal portfolio servicing, and Uniform Commercial Code enforcement.
Core Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Risk Monitoring Monitor client accounts, workflows, and internal queues to identify potential issues before they escalate to the client Flag risks related to delays, errors, workload capacity, or SLA adherence Serve as an internal point of visibility for client-impacting operational concerns Escalate trends or recurring issues to appropriate teams and leadership Internal Communication & Documentation Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders (Client Success, Operations, Collections, Legal, Intake, etc.) regarding potential client-impacting issues Document findings, trends, and corrective actions in internal systems Maintain accurate records related to service performance and issue resolution Process Improvement & Quality Control Act as a checks-and-balances function to ensure work is complete, accurate, and aligned with internal standards Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and handoffs Contribute ideas for operational improvements that increase efficiency and reduce client risk Support implementation of approved process changes Support to Client Success Team Partner with the Client Success Manager by providing internal insights and early warnings Reduce reactive client communication by resolving issues internally where possible Support reporting and internal preparation for client updates as needed

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in operations, client support, administrative support, or a related role
- Experience using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams); Excel proficiency highly preferred
- Strong documentation and data management skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior exposure to client-facing, operations, or production environments preferred
- Experience in collections, financial services, or regulated environments a plus
