Receptionist / Client Service Representative

Lake County Veterinary Clinics is a busy, small animal practice serving Two Harbors, Duluth, Grand Marais and surrounding areas. Our staff works in a team setting and good communication skills are necessary. We are open 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and have a well equipped clinic which includes an in-house lab, radiology, digital dental radiology, and surgical suite. We are a progressive, compassionate clinic looking to expand. We are in need of a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist who has receptionist experience or is willing to be trained.

This position would include:

answering phones, greeting clients and patients, client communication and education, various computer related functions, and extensive use of our veterinary program software. The applicant needs to have strong communication and organizational skills, be responsible and dependable and willing to be flexible in a hospital setting. Applicant must be capable of some lifting (with assistance, as needed) and be comfortable working with dogs and cats of various size, breed, age and health condition. We are looking to fill this position in our Two Harbors clinic. Pay scale will be based on experience and amount of work hours agreed upon. Raises are provided. This is a Full-Time position.
