Client Success Representative - Schools We are searching for an exceptionally talented person who enjoys a client support role to assist in our Schools department. A person who enjoys being a self-starting individual and has an astute attention to detail to help assist the digital and administrative production at our rapidly expanding company. The candidate will be communicating directly with admin and school representatives, editing and organizing student information, processing images, and creating post-picture day administrative products for our school and preschool volume-based work. Qualifications:

Clear, friendly communicator in writing and in person. Proficient in Excel and its basic functions. Attentive to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality of work. Quick learner who takes direction cheerfully and responsively. Excellent personal and professional discretion. Sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to take responsibility and ownership of projects and personal pride in your work. Successfully adapt to the production requirements of a high-volume studio while maintaining established quality standards. Maintain a positive and fun environment for all staff and clients. A work environment that prioritizes health and safety to include personal protective supplies provided to each employee.
