Job Description
The Plaza Hotel and Suites in Winona, MN is currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our front desk team as a guest service representative to fill a part-time 7a-3p shift. Rotating weekends are required. You would be joining a fun and professional work environment. Must be dependable, friendly and have a passion for customer service; cashier and computer experience preferred. On the job training is provided. Professional appearance required; job includes work in all areas of hotel guest services. Must be available most weekends Greet incoming guests. Check guests in and out of the hotel. Thank outgoing guests. Handling guest requests and concerns promptly and with courtesy. Assisting guests with any inquiries regarding local entertainment, restaurants or transportation. Making online reservations as well as checking emails and replying in a professional manner. Set up and shut down meeting rooms.
