Job Description

Blue Springs Siding & Windows is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Rep to join our team in Blue Springs, MO.

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, or 2 years of experience in customer service, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and sales. A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Must be computer literate and able to use the company's online tools. Must be able to work with a variety of people, both inside and outside the company. Must be able to work on multiple projects at once and adapt quickly to change. Must have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, and able to follow instructions. Must have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Must be able to maintain confidentiality as part of our company culture.
