Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing prompt and courteous support. Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage options, claims processes, and billing questions while maintaining a positive attitude. Enter and update client data accurately within our management systems using strong data entry and computer skills. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on policy renewals, client feedback, or additional service opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. Support sales efforts by identifying client needs, explaining product features, and promoting suitable insurance solutions. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless service delivery. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and loyalty with clients from diverse backgrounds, including multilingual and bilingual populations. Qualifications Must possess your Missouri State P&C insurance license and have experience working in the industry with commercial clients. Proven experience in customer support or client services is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office365 applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills. Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and outbound calling techniques. Familiarity with sales principles and the ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance products. Attention to detail is essential.
