Job Description
Customer Service Representative Location:
Cape Girardeau, MO Tri-State Water, Power & Air is growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll primarily assist customers over the phone—answering questions, scheduling service or maintenance appointments, and ensuring a great experience every time.
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, professional support to existing Tri-State customers via inbound and outbound phone calls Schedule service and maintenance appointments efficiently and accurately Follow up with customers to ensure appointments are completed and their needs are met Document interactions in company systems with attention to detail Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery Help maintain a positive and productive work environment
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, dependable, and professional phone presence Great communication and conversation skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Schedule flexibility and the ability to work an assigned 8-hour shift during business hours (every other Saturday required) Previous customer service experience is a plus
