I am seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Services Representative (CSR) to directly support an Insurance Producer specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and assist with policy servicing, administrative support, customer communication, and helping ensure a smooth client experience throughout the insurance process. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative and customer support to the Insurance Producer. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding policy questions, billing inquiries, endorsements, and service requests. Assist clients with policy changes, updates, additions, cancellations, and coverage-related requests. Gather and verify client information needed for new business, renewals, and policy maintenance. Process endorsements and policy service requests accurately and timely. Follow up with clients regarding missing information, documentation, signatures, or underwriting requirements. Prepare quotes, applications, proposals, and supporting documents for review by the Producer. Maintain accurate and organized customer records within agency management systems and carrier platforms. Assist with policy renewals and proactively contact clients regarding upcoming renewals or coverage needs. Coordinate with insurance carriers, underwriters, and internal staff to resolve policy issues or service concerns. Help identify opportunities for cross-selling or additional coverage needs and refer those opportunities to the Producer. Ensure exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships through professional communication and responsiveness. Maintain compliance with agency procedures and applicable insurance regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred. Prior customer service experience required; insurance or financial services experience preferred. Property & Casualty insurance license Familiarity with insurance agency management systems and carrier websites Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of personal and/or commercial Property & Casualty insurance products. Experience handling client service transactions and policy processing. Strong problem-solving and customer relationship skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically.

Office-based environment with frequent interaction with clients, carriers, and team members. Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and attention to deadlines.
