Insurance Representative -

Personal Insurance Basic Function :

First Community Insurance Agency is committed to helping individuals protect what matters most to them. Our growing insurance agency is currently searching for a dedicated and experienced Personal Insurance Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our members, working closely with them to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Work directly with members via inbound calls and in person meetings. 2. Address service concerns, document client requests, and update policies as needed. 3. Refer member requests for additional products or services to licensed representatives. 4. Manage daily carrier downloads to CRM system. 5. Maintain accurate member records. 6. Stay updated about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products. 7. Assist Insurance Advisors with tasks such as gathering information, completing applications, contacting clients, and data entry.

Excellent customer service skills Dependable and well-organized Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Willingness to complete all training provided by First Community Insurance Agency Ability to obtain Missouri Property & Casualty License within 90 days

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
