Job Description
Job Summary Moneta is seeking a temporary, part-time Client Support Specialist to assist with a firm-wide Engagement Agreement repapering project and support related operational initiatives. This role will help centralized operations teams with repapering engagement agreements, supporting retirement plan engagement agreement updates, and assisting with the ongoing development of a new fee billing system. This project provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to an important client-facing document that touches many areas of the business. The Client Support Specialist will also interact with some of Moneta's newest technology solutions, providing visibility into process improvement, system development, and operational workflows within the financial services industry. This is a temporary, part-time position with flexible hours, and is well-suited for a student or early-career candidate seeking hands-on exposure to financial services operations, client documentation, process improvement, and technology-enabled project work. Essential Responsibilities Assist with the review, organization, and repapering of client Engagement Agreements. Support firm-wide operational initiatives related to Engagement Agreement updates and retirement plan documents. Help centralized operations teams manage project volume as internal teams begin their repapering processes. Perform accurate data entry and documentation updates across multiple systems. Track progress, organize project-related information, and follow established workflows. Identify opportunities to improve processes, create efficiencies, and support consistent execution. Work independently to complete assigned tasks while maintaining regular communication with the team. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support timely and accurate project completion. Maintain a high level of attention to detail when reviewing documents, entering information, and completing follow-up steps. Qualifications Current enrollment in a college or university program preferred. Interest in business, finance, operations, technology, or the financial services industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States
