Answer incoming calls from customers needing assistance in a variety of areasFulfill customer service functionsAnswer questions, give explanation, and solve problems for customersComplete special projects as assignedCollege degree or high school education with relevant work experience preferred Previous banking experience not required, but strongly recommendedOne year sales experience and two years service experience preferredAbility to learn a great deal of information in a short timeGreat deal of initiative to sell and cross-sell productsPossess the flexibility to accept and help promote changesExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsStrong commitment to customer serviceSelf starter requiring minimal supervisionProfessional phone skills
