Service Writer

We are looking for a Service Writer to manage the relationships between customers and the service department. Process service transactions upon completion Schedule appointments, write orders, monitor service progress, calculate charges and process payments Research vehicle recalls, service & repair information Update customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs Greet customers and inform them about the types of services offered Listen to customers and provide recommendations to meet their needs Educate the customer about the company's products, services and offers Qualifications Excellent customer service Strong communication skills to educate and update customers on all aspects of the repairs or services needed Experience preferred but not necessary
