Cashier/Customer Service

Job Summary We are looking for 2 part-time Cashiers who enjoy working with the public and have a friendly, outgoing personality. As a team-oriented company, we are looking for people willing to serve and help each other, who will be hospitable to our guests, and who are flexible with work hours. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and displays a positive attitude when interacting with customers and team mates. We are looking to fill morning and evening shifts Tuesday through Friday. Full time hours may become available in the future. Candidates need reliable transportation. Responsibilities and Duties Operate registers, scales and credit card/debit card terminals Memorize menu and be able to direct customers or make suggestions Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner Maintain accurate cash drawer Keep the front of house area clean and orderly Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information Qualifications and Skills Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, credit card machine etc) Strong communication and time management skills Customer satisfaction-oriented Flexible work schedule that includes nights and weekends Previous experience a plus High school diploma or equivalent Due to the nature of this business, applicants must be 18 years or older in order to operate certain equipment.
