Purpose of position: Front line of courteous face-to-face service to potential and current customers Sell a variety of bank services and open new accounts Manage customer access to Safety Deposit Boxes Process check orders for customers Job qualifications: Education High school or GED completion required Some college coursework in math, communications, business, finance, marketing, accounting, or a related field preferred Bachelors degree preferred Experience Previous face-to-face customer service required 1 year banking experience required More years banking or cashier experience preferred Previous bank Teller experience preferred Previous customer service experience preferred
