If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and can demonstrate service results come join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor, you will meet and greet customers promptly, obtain the customer and vehicle information, and obtain all of the customers concerns and vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.Additional responsibilities include:
Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle Review Multi-Point Inspection and accurately translate the technicians recommendations Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts and labor Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day Update the customers on the status of their vehicles on a daily basis Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Perform active delivery, explain the Multi-Point Inspection and all completed work and charges to the customer Establish and maintain strong working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clienteleJob Requirements:
Service Advisor experience required Ford experience preferred. Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction The individual must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability The ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to be analytical and multi-task Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment Team Player Excellent communication skills ADP/CDK experience is a plus Consistent and stable work history Valid in-state driver's license High school diploma required Pre-employment background check, and drug-screen required prior to being hired Professional appearance and work ethic.Benefits :
