LIQUID LOGICS

Customer Success Advocate / Product Expert SaaS Financial Technology | Customer Success Training Configuration Support

POSITION SUMMARY

Liquid Logics is seeking a Customer Success Advocate / Product Expert to become a trusted product resource for our customers and internal teams. This customer-facing SaaS role combines customer success, implementation, product training, configuration, and ongoing support. We will provide comprehensive training on the Liquid Logics platform. In return, we expect the successful candidate to rapidly become a product expert who can independently train customers, configure the system around their business processes, troubleshoot issues, and help customers realize maximum value from the platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Become a subject-matter expert on Liquid Logics products, features, workflows, integrations, and best practices. Conduct professional remote and, when required, in-person training for administrators, managers, and end users; support a train-the-trainer model. Guide new customers through onboarding, implementation, launch, and post-launch adoption. Translate customer lending processes into effective system configurations, including users, permissions, stages, tasks, workflows, conditions, loan programs, fees, communications, forms, portals, servicing, draw management, fund/investor settings, and reporting. Provide day-to-day product support; diagnose whether an issue is training, configuration, data, enhancement, or software-related and coordinate resolution when escalation is required. Proactively identify ways customers can improve adoption, efficiency, automation, and use of the platform. Capture recurring customer needs and communicate actionable product feedback to Product Management, Support, and Development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong ability to learn complex business software and explain it clearly to others. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, organization, and follow-through skills. Analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset. Comfort working across multiple customers and priorities in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

HIGHLY DESIRED

Experience with lending platforms, loan origination systems, loan servicing systems, private lending, mortgage technology, or related financial-services software. Four-year college degree (bachelor's degree) or equivalent combination of education and highly relevant professional experience. Customer support, implementation, training, or customer success experience in a software delivery / SaaS environment. Experience configuring business applications, workflows, CRM/LOS platforms, or other enterprise software.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within the first several months, you should be able to independently navigate and explain the platform, conduct customer training, configure standard customer environments, resolve most day-to-day product questions, support implementations, and become a trusted resource for customers and the Liquid Logics team. This is not simply a customer service role. It is a hands-on SaaS position combining product expertise, customer success, training, implementation, configuration, and support.
