Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling Manage stock levels by stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to maintain an attractive store presentation Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining professional phone etiquette Assist with merchandising efforts to highlight key products and optimize store layout for increased sales opportunities Support cashiering duties such as cash drawer handling, retail math calculations, and processing returns or exchanges efficiently Requirements Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings and customer interactions Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions involving discounts, taxes, or change calculations Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create a welcoming shopping environment Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions; experience with cash register operations is essential Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise as needed, and work flexible hours including weekends or evenings
