Customer Service Representative Happy's Appliances & Mattress Outlet Are you friendly, organized, and good at helping people? Happy's Appliances & Mattress Outlet is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help customers get answers, resolve concerns, and have a positive experience with our team. We're looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays calm when things get busy, and follows through until the job is done. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions and messages. Assist customers with order updates, delivery questions, and general product inquiries. Help customers navigate service and warranty questions. Listen to concerns, work toward solutions, and escalate issues when needed. Coordinate with our sales, delivery, warehouse, and management teams. Keep accurate notes on customer conversations and follow-up needs. Follow up with customers to make sure their questions and concerns are addressed. What We're Looking For A friendly attitude and strong communication skills. Patience and professionalism when handling customer concerns. Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Comfort using computers, entering information, and learning new software. Dependability and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Previous customer service, retail, or office experience preferred. Appliance industry experience is a plus. Who Would Be a Great Fit?
