Job Description

Front Office & Services Coordinator - Primary Duties The Front Office & Services Coordinator is responsible for helping ensure the day-to-day functions of the St. Joseph office operate smoothly while providing welcoming, responsive assistance to individuals accessing Access II services.
Primary duties include:
Provide consistent front desk coverage and serve as the primary point of contact for individuals visiting the St. Joseph office. Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to routine questions, take accurate messages, and connect individuals with the appropriate staff member or service. Assist individuals with the TAP Telephone Program , including explaining the program, assisting with applications and required documentation, and helping eligible individuals access adaptive telephone equipment. Assist individuals with enrollment in Access II's Home-Delivered Meal Program , including explaining available services, completing enrollment and required documentation, coordinating services, and providing participant follow-up. Provide information about Access II programs and services and help connect individuals with the appropriate program or staff member based on their needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation for services provided and assigned program responsibilities. Maintain office and program supplies, monitor inventory, and complete routine ordering to ensure necessary supplies are available. Help maintain an organized, professional, welcoming, and accessible office environment. Identify routine facility or office needs and take appropriate steps to address them, including contacting plumbers, repair professionals, maintenance providers, or other vendors when needed. Follow through on routine maintenance, supply, and operational needs to ensure identified issues are resolved. Assist with scheduling, correspondence, filing, data entry, and other general administrative functions as needed. Receive and assist individuals who come into the office for services, equipment, information, or other Access II programs and ensure they are connected with the appropriate assistance. Work collaboratively with staff across Access II programs to support efficient service delivery at the St. Joseph location. Perform other related duties necessary to support the effective day-to-day operation of the office. This position does not supervise employees. The Front Office & Services Coordinator is expected to take ownership of assigned responsibilities, recognize routine office and service needs, use good judgment, and follow tasks through to completion. Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
