Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Customer Service Representative at our St Louis location! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional service at our 5201 Grand Blvd store. As the face of our company, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionallyTake and process customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare food items according to company standards and recipesOperate the cash register and handle financial transactionsProvide outstanding customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptlyMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAssist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restockingLift and move items weighing up to 25 lbsAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelinesQualificationsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorStrong communication abilities, both verbal and writtenBasic math skills for handling cash transactionsAbility to follow directions and adhere to company standardsPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as neededBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systemsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleaguesFood service industry knowledge is a plus but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be able to pass a criminal background checkAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
