This role is for afternoon-evening shifts throughout the week from 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Please do not apply if your availability does not allow for these shifts.

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling shipping and packing, and assisting with various store services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with their shipping, packing, printing, and other service needs. Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing. Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and managing transactions. Assist with packing items securely and efficiently for shipment. Operate printing and copying equipment to produce high-quality documents. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner. Support other team members and management as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, required - you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are well-informed about their purchases and have a positive experience when they walk in the door. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Computer skills and familiarity with office equipment such as printers, paper cutters, and binding machines. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to lift and carry packages up to 70 lbs. Already a notary public or ability to become a notary public (training and certification assistance available).
