Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping journey Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and swiftly Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed Assist customers with product information, including conducting product demos when applicable Upsell related products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a helpful attitude Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Support inventory management through regular stock checks and assisting with inventory replenishment Provide friendly phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Promote store promotions and new products to boost sales and customer engagement Supervise or assist in supervising team members during shifts to ensure smooth store operations (if applicable) Demonstrate strong retail math skills for accurate cash register balancing and transaction reconciliation Engage in basic math calculations for pricing, discounts, and change-making with confidence Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
