Position Summary:
Customer Relationship Specialists (CRS) provide service to Aerofil Technology, Inc. internal and external customers by facilitating the communication of information between customers and ATI team members as it relates to the customer's products which are packaged or are proposed for packaging at ATI; they are the customer's representative and spokesman on the ATI team. A CRS is responsible for ensuring customers are provided with the on time service and support they require.
Essential Functions:
- Receives communication for service requested by customers.
- Routes customer requests for information or services to the supervisor or manager.
- Forwards information to customers directly and/or verifies information has been forwarded directly to customers by the appropriate department.
- Monitors the customer service processes and resolves service issues and/or communicates concerns to the departmental managers and supervisors.
- Regular attendance per handbook policy.
- Control inventory dollars of FG and disposition of obsolete FG or components done timely.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- College degree preferred.
Experience:
Have demonstrated success in providing customer service, possess above average aptitude and confidence in the use of spreadsheet and inventory business software.
Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with emphasis on word processing, spreadsheet skills and other software/hardware required to perform daily functions.
