Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic bank team. This role involves providing exceptional client service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and supporting our customers through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and have experience in banking customer service roles. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, client-focused setting while contributing to the overall success of our organization. Duties Provide exceptional customer service while accurately processing daily financial transactions and balancing cash drawers. Assist with vault cash, ATM servicing, and opening/closing procedures. Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and compliance policies. Greet customers, answer inquiries, resolve account issues, and cross-sell bank products and services. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality client support. Requirements Banking experience preferred, but not required. Customer service experience. Computer proficiency with banking software systems and standard office equipment. High attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication, and the ability to work under pressure Problem-solving and time management abilities to resolve issues efficiently. Integrity and trustworthiness when handling sensitive financial information This position serves as an entry-level role with fast opportunities for advancement to positions like teller supervisor or branch manager.
