Learn more about us at www.washmetfab.com The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of WMF for our customers — the person who turns a frustrating problem into a resolved one, and a routine question into a chance to build trust. You'll manage customer accounts, troubleshoot issues, and help keep our reputation for reliability strong. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for customers, resolving product and service issues and answering questions about our offerings Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and guide customers to the best solution — following up to confirm the issue is fully resolved Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer correspondence, account information, and service interactions Process customer refunds, shipments, and account adjustments Protect customer confidentiality, particularly around financial and personal information Compile and analyze customer service data to help identify trends and improvement opportunities Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional WMF products and services Pitch in on team projects and other duties as needed What You Bring 2-3 years of customer service experience Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines A knack for defusing tension and finding solutions that leave customers satisfied Comfort learning the ins and outs of our industry, products, and market Solid data entry, typing, and word processing skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard phone systems A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in supporting your teammates College degree preferred, but not required office setting with occasional trips to the production floor What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Medical, dental, vision, disability, accident, critical illness, hospital, and life insurance benefits, available 1st of the month after 60 days 401(k) with company match PTO 9 Holidays A stable, growing company with over four decades in business Additional Information WMF is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug-free workplace.
