Job Description

Position Summary FASS Motorsports is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Customer Service Representative to support our customers, and internal sales team. While a passion for trucks is not mandatory, this is an awesome opportunity for an automotive enthusiast. This position serves as a primary point of contact for product questions, customer inquiries, order assistance, vehicle fitment, installation guidance, warranty inquiries, and general support. The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing automotive components, various vehicles, and related accessories. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to accurately guide customers toward the correct product(s) or solution. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, website chat, and social media. Assist customers with product selection based on vehicle year, make, model, engine, horsepower, and intended application. Coordinate vehicle scheduling and follow up with the customer. Monitor our install schedule and coordinate all parts for installation. Process customer orders, replacement-part requests, returns, and warranty claims accurately. Document customer interactions, technical concerns, and resolutions in company systems. Coordinate with sales team, product suppliers, and support departments when additional assistance is required. Provide customers with order status, tracking information, availability, and estimated shipping details. Maintain current knowledge of FASS Motorsports product lines. Deliver professional, accurate, and timely service while representing the FASS brand. Assist with the assembly of FASS Fabrication parts, and preparation for shipping. Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service, automotive parts, diesel repair, technical support, or inside-sales experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand technical product information and explain it clearly to customers. Strong computer skills and experience working with order-entry, customer-management, or inventory systems. Excellent attention to detail when reviewing part numbers, vehicle applications, addresses, and order information. Ability to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and the ability to work onsite during scheduled business hours. Professional attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications Experience with diesel pickup trucks, and/or automotive performance products. Experience in social media communications, customer follow up. Understanding of diesel fuel delivery, filtration, lift pumps, fuel pressure, air and vapor removal, and installation components. Previous experience processing warranties, returns, or technical-support cases. Familiarity with Shopify, NetSuite, or similar business software. Ability to use a computer and telephone throughout the workday. Ability to occasionally lift product boxes or components weighing up to average 75 pounds. Ability to work in an office and light industrial environment. Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Full-time, consistent weekday schedule.
