Blues Hog manufacturers premium BBQ products and is headquartered in Washington, Missouri. We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the positions of Order Processor/Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include standard order processing functions; opening new vendor accounts, handling customer inquiries, answering phones and various other related duties as assigned. Position requires the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This is a full-time position. Competitive Pay and Benefits Package available with full-time employment. Monday through Friday, 8-4:30, no weekends. Job Description The Order Processor/Customer Service Representative is responsible for: Ensures complete and accurate data entries into system and create shipping paperwork Maintains database by entering new/updated customer and account information Coordinates order scheduling as well as answers company phone calls Work with warehouse team to ensure orders are processed efficiently General Office duties including but not limited to: filing, data analysis, and keeping information confidential Performs other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Qualities we look for in an ideal team member: Timely Must be in the office Monday through Friday. Organization skills Thoroughness Responding efficiently and accurately to customer calls, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. Adhering to all company policies and procedure Experience with Quickbooks and /or EDI portals preferred
