Join Our Team We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team in Brandon, Mississippi. This role is ideal for an insurance professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, providing exceptional service, and working collaboratively with producers and carrier partners. You'll manage an established portfolio of commercial insurance accounts while helping clients protect and grow their businesses through proactive service and coverage solutions. What We Offer Competitive salary of $50,000-$75,000 based on experience Employee health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Employer-paid group life insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Paid bereavement leave Gym membership reimbursement Employee referral bonus program Professional, team-oriented work environment Career growth and development opportunities Key Responsibilities Manage and service an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and service needs Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and new business applications Review policies for accuracy and coverage adequacy Prepare certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms Partner with producers to support account retention and growth Build and maintain relationships with carrier underwriters Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and provide additional value to clients Maintain accurate client records and documentation Qualifications Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred 2+ years of insurance industry experience preferred Commercial lines insurance experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
