Night Service Representative

•Part Time Respond to on-call business needs during overnight hours when the hotel lobby is closed. This role includes guest key or access issues, noise complaints, emergencies at the hotel, and limited after-hours check-ins. You must be able to respond to business needs typically within 30 minutes of notification. Excellent opportunity to live onsite! As part of your employment, you will be provided a guest hotel room for lodging while on the overnight on-call schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to guests upon call notification for check-ins, emergency maintenance issues, noise complaints, and safety situations Process and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs, including greeting guests, assigning rooms, and collecting payments Respond to emergency situations and communicate with first responders as necessary Maintain control of all hotel keys and perform bookkeeping activities Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities and local areas

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience Must be proficient in reading and speaking English Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Hotel PMS systems Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally push/pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds Professional appearance and friendly, cooperative manner Strong time management and problem-solving skills Reserve your spot at our hiring event and learn more about this unique opportunity with lodging included!
