Job Description
Job Summary Consumer Finance, Payday and Title Loan Store Assistant This is a mid-level professional position held accountable for assisting daily operations of certain locations. The individual in this position will assist operations of the Summit Financial Services, Corp stores, and will be expected to "float" between locations as needed to ensure that company standards and expectations are consistently met and business functions are executed in a manner that will deliver the desired sales and profit results—while providing the highest level of service to our customers. Primary Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to) Drive team performance to maximize store's profitability by increasing loan sales, collecting past due accounts, building strong customer base, and building strong community relationships. Support the company's growth goals by recruiting, training, and developing trainees, and increase store business through community networking and word of mouth marketing. Demonstrate standards and model behavior by living the core values and maintaining store compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as Company policy.
