Customer Service Call Center Support Specialist

Job Description:

At Regions, the Business Unit Operations Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within the line of business. Primary Responsibilities Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed Resolves customer or associate inquiries as necessary Prepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects documents May research and resolve payment related issues which may include missing payments, disputed accounts history requests and general related questions Works under general supervision following established guidelines and procedures This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Preferences Two (2) years of operations or related experience Skills and Competencies Ability to learn additional systems as needed Ability to work in a team environment when applicable Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills Strong work ethic and self-motivation Sort and process departmental faxes, mail, and other documents Sort and process documents submitted by customers Download, prepare, and fax or email documents to customers Calls to customers to request specific documents or actions

Hours:

40 hours Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
