Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions, delivering prompt and courteous service. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing calls efficiently using phone etiquette. Utilize computer literacy skills to perform data entry, update customer records, and maintain accurate filing systems using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools. Assist with office management tasks including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings to ensure smooth daily operations. Support client communication efforts by preparing correspondence, proofreading documents, and maintaining professional client relationships. Handle administrative duties such as filing, document proofreading, and managing office supplies to keep the workspace organized and productive. Demonstrate technical proficiency with office equipment like multi-line phones and familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial or billing tasks. Qualifications Proven clerical experience or office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, data entry, and general computer literacy. Strong phone communication skills with knowledge of phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively. Experience in customer service or front desk roles demonstrating professionalism and positive client interaction. Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks such as calendar management, filing, and client communication. Personal assistant or administrative experience is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
