Job Description

Job Summary Seeking a full time office representative to provide exceptional service to customers in the insurance industry. Job will also include commissions. A current insurance license in the state of Ms is preferred and previous experience in the industry is preferred. A great work environment in a small team setting. Duties Greet clients, visitors, and team members warmly, providing excellent customer service and assistance. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Support sales efforts through telemarketing, outreach campaigns, and client follow-ups. Assist in sales administration tasks such as data entry, maintaining CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and preparing reports. Coordinate benefits administration processes for health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance products. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions. Stay informed about insurance regulations, HIPAA compliance standards, and industry best practices to ensure accurate client communication and service delivery. Skills Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on customer engagement. Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and foster long-term client relationships. Multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse client bases. Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances communication with a broader audience. Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM system platforms for sales tracking and client management. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey complex information. Customer relationship building expertise to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Familiarity with benefits administration processes within the insurance industry. Understanding of insurance regulation standards including HIPAA compliance for health information privacy. Pay:
$25,000.00 - $55,437.14 per year
