Kim's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is excited to announce the availability of a service advisor position in our service department. We have experienced a significant amount of growth and are currently accepting applications and resumes to fill this extremely important position. The role of Service Advisor is perhaps the most critical job title in our department. The skill set needed for the successful performance of this job is as follows:
- Experience in a dealership as a service department advisor (Required!)
- Outstanding Communication Skills
- Highly Developed Multi-Tasking Skills
- Highly Developed Organizational Skills
- Successful, Documentable Sales and Customer Service Experience
- The Ability to communicate the finer/technical aspects of the automotive service repair and maintenance process to our customers
- Acclimate to our business model.
