Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote dignity and independence Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate care plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations Conduct patient observation to identify changes in condition or behavior, especially in residents with dementia, Alzheimer's, or neurodevelopmental disorders Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and adhering to infection control standards in home health or assisted living settings Skills Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, developmental or intellectual disabilities support, or senior care environments Familiarity with care plans, medication administration, patient monitoring, and resident's rights policies Ability to operate medical equipment such as , blood pressure cuffs, thermometers, and other vital signs monitoring tools Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Certified in First Aid and CPR; knowledge of HIPAA compliance is essential Experience working with patients requiring assisted living or long-term care services; familiarity with home & community care is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your compassion meets professional growth.
