Major holidays off About the Role We are seeking a dependable, focused, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our veterinary team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and can remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations. Our CSRs are the first and last impression of our clinic — professionalism, confidence, and strong communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently Confidently address and resolve client complaints or concerns Remain calm and professional during tense or emotional situations Triage incoming patients based on medical condition and urgency Process payments and maintain accurate medical records Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements Ability to multitask while staying organized and focused Remain calm and professional in high-stress environments Comfortable addressing client concerns confidently and respectfully Ability to lift 40-50 pounds Strong attention to detail Team-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience in a veterinary clinic setting Experience with Avimark PIMS Experience with PetDesk Understanding of basic veterinary terminology What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Supportive and team-driven environment Major holidays off Opportunity to grow within the veterinary field
