Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Responsibilities Greet customers and visitors warmly at the front desk, establishing a friendly and professional atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls promptly and efficiently Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering helpful solutions Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information Ensure excellent phone etiquette and professional communication at all times to enhance customer satisfaction Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and billing inquiries Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner- Process policy updates, renewals, and documentation Support agents with day-to-day administrative tasks Requirements Experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries with professionalism and positivity Previous experience as a front desk receptionist is beneficial but not required
Pay:
$10.00 - $11.00 per hour
