We're seeking individuals with exceptional sales and customer service skills to be spa consultants. As part of our team, you'll greet and assist clients, maintain the salon, and embody the Glo experience. Prior sales experience is a plus!

Requirements:

Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds Quick on your feet to assist in cleaning our services and assisting clients Job Responsibilities Meet/exceed sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly Maintain self-motivation and be numbers driven Provide proper recommendations based on client needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for customer service and ability to work in a team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends. Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software. Prior experience in a spa, salon, or customer service role is advantageous but not required.
