BreakiT Smash Rooms is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and energetic individual to join our team as a Sales Host / Front of House (FoH) Team Member . If you enjoy working with people, providing great customer service, staying busy, and being part of a unique entertainment experience, we want to hear from you!WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Sales Host / FoH Team Member, you'll play an important role in making sure every guest has an amazing experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests and helping them select the perfect experience or event Completing customer transactions using our POS system Assisting guests with completing required waivers Providing and assisting guests with the proper safety equipment Training guests in Axe Throwing Mastery — don't worry, we'll train you! Preparing and organizing Smash Rooms and Paint Splatter Rooms for appointments and walk-ins Setting up and breaking down rooms for large company parties and special events, including occasional events outside normal operating hours Inspecting equipment and materials to ensure everything is clean, safe, and ready for use Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming Front of House Helping the team provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finishWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who: Is reliable, responsible, and dependable Is physically capable of performing the duties required for the position Is detail-oriented and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Enjoys working with customers and providing excellent service Has a positive attitude and works well as part of a team Is willing to learn new skills and follow safety procedures Has a flexible schedule Schedule Flexibility Our schedule varies based on appointments, walk-ins, and special events.Availability is needed for:
Monday & Tuesday:
Appointment-based eventsWednesday-Sunday:
