Now Hiring:

DME Customer Service and Billing We are seeking a motivated, professional, and friendly individual who enjoys working with retail customers and is eager to learn new skills.

Position Responsibilities:

Learn to set up and educate patients on CPAP devices and supplies Fit patients for diabetic shoes and custom inserts Provide excellent customer service for DME (Durable Medical Equipment) products Process billing and insurance claims for DME Communicate with insurance companies and physician offices to obtain required documentation, prescriptions, and clinical notes

Qualifications:

Professional appearance and strong communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Comfortable working with patients in a retail and clinical environment Willingness to learn medical equipment and insurance billing procedures

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
