Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Operate the cash register accurately, handling cash, credit card transactions, and balancing the cash drawer at shift end Conduct retail sales transactions efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Provide product demos and educate customers on store merchandise to boost sales and enhance their shopping experience Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, attractive, and well-merchandised Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking supplies and participating in periodic stock counts Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring signage is clear and accurate Qualifications Previous experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems or cash register operations is highly preferred Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership in a retail setting is a plus Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations Knowledge of retail store product lines and merchandising techniques to assist in upselling and product demos Excellent phone etiquette for professional remote communication when needed Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks associated with stocking and merchandising Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while sharpening your retail expertise!
