If you enjoy connecting with people, keeping things organized, and helping pets get the care they need, you'll fit right in. Located on the west side of Billings, Montana, our hospital is built around high-quality medicine, strong client relationships, and taking great care of the people who make it all possible—our team. What Sets Us Apart We're an AAHA-accredited, Cat Friendly practice focused on: A supportive, team-driven culture Clear, open communication Preventive care and client education Ongoing learning and professional development You'll Be Joining A 5-doctor practice with supportive leadership A team that works together and supports each other throughout the day Weekly protected training and communication time A workplace where kindness and respect are the standard What You'll Be Doing Answering phones and scheduling appointments Greeting clients and providing a welcoming first impression Processing payments and handling daily client transactions Serving as the main communication hub between clients and the clinical team Managing a paperless system (strong computer skills required) Supporting technicians and doctors when needed to keep the day flowing smoothly Multitasking in a busy, interruption-heavy environment while maintaining professionalism Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing Schedule Full-time (approximately 30-40 hours/week) Rotating Saturday coverage (short half-day schedule) No late nights or on-call shifts (sister hospital handles emergencies) What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented attitude Strong computer skills (paperless system experience preferred) Willingness to jump in and support the team wherever needed Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional during challenging client interactions Benefits & Perks Competitive wages Paid time off Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Uniform allowance Employee Assistance Program Generous employee pet care discounts Discounts on food, lab work, and veterinary services for personal pets Dog-friendly workplace (yes—you can bring your dog!)
