This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining customer service, product support, and sales. You'll spend your day speaking directly with customers, helping them understand their options, answering questions, and guiding them through the purchasing process. What You'll Do Welcome customers and learn what brings them in Ask questions to understand their needs and preferences Explain products, services, features, and available offers Help customers compare options and select products that fit their needs Answer customer questions accurately and professionally Assist customers throughout the purchasing and checkout process Provide support before, during, and after a sale when needed Build positive customer relationships through helpful, attentive service Learn current products, services, and promotions Work toward individual and team sales and customer service goals Maintain an organized and welcoming customer area Collaborate with team members to support daily sales and service objectives What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is comfortable talking with customers, enjoys solving problems, and likes having measurable goals to work toward.
