Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics Track & Trace Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring shipments, communicating updates, and ensuring a smooth delivery process for customers and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers regarding shipment status Proactively identify and resolve delays or transit issues Accurately update internal systems with shipment data Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and messaging platformsQualifications:
Minimum typing speed of 40+ words per minute (required) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry systems) Logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience is a strong plus Previous customer service experience preferredSchedule:
