Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Showroom Admin & Client Service Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our showroom, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors and clients alike. Your energetic approach will help manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate client interactions, and support the overall efficiency of our showroom operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your office management skills while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients with enthusiasm, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls accurately and courteously Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and follow-up communications for showroom activities Handle clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping Assist with client communication via email and phone, ensuring all inquiries are addressed efficiently and professionally Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area, ensuring all materials are current and presentable Requirements Proven office management experience with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent computer literacy with the ability to handle data entry, word processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks Prior office or administrative experience in a customer-facing role or front desk setting Strong phone etiquette skills with experience answering multi-line phone systems and providing customer support Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Personal assistant or calendar management experience is highly desirable Ability to perform clerical duties such as proofreading, filing, and data entry accurately Join us to be an essential part of a lively showroom environment where your organizational talents and client-focused attitude will shine! Pay:
