A Customer Service Representative interacts directly with customers to answer questions and solve problems. Communicates with customers in person, over the phone or online. Provides help with troubleshooting technical problems for equipment or software. Keeps records of customer communications and transactions.
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Delivery Driver to assist customers, process orders, maintain inventory, and safely deliver and set up medical equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will provide friendly and professional customer service, be comfortable working with computers and inventory systems, and be able to safely operate a company vehicle. Previous customer service, healthcare, medical billing, or inventory experience is preferred
Duties:
Greet customers and answer phone calls in a friendly, professional manner. Make deliveries and assist customers with medical equipment and supplies. Process sales, rental, and service orders and prepare necessary paperwork. Enter and maintain accurate customer and patient information in the system. Receive, unpack, price, and stock incoming merchandise Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store and warehouse Safely load, transport, and unload equipment and supplies. Run errands and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Valid Montana (MT) driver's license. Clean driving record. Ability to carry items up to 30 pounds and ascend two flights of stairs safely. Honesty and strong sense of accountability. Effective communication skills across diverse age groups and backgrounds.
