Role Description This is a full-time, customer service role located in Advance, NC. You will be providing excellent customer service by managing the front office, addressing inquiries, maintaining clear communication with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include accurately documenting service requests, creating detailed estimates, and coordinating with technicians to facilitate efficient workflows. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Phone Etiquette Excellent Communication abilities with a focus on clarity and professionalism Proficient in Computer Literacy to navigate service software and maintain records effectively Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in automotive services are beneficial

Benefits:
