Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Representative Carolina Auto Sales of NC & Flowers Insurance Agency - Bailey, NC Carolina Auto Sales of NC and Flowers Insurance Agency are looking for a dependable, motivated, outgoing, and sales-driven individual to join our growing team.

THIS IS A SALES POSITION.

While this position includes customer service and office responsibilities, a major part of the job is contacting leads, following up with potential customers, scheduling appointments, promoting our services, and helping turn inquiries into sales opportunities for both Carolina Auto Sales of NC and Flowers Insurance Agency. We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking to people, is not afraid to pick up the phone and contact leads , and understands that consistent follow-up is an important part of sales.

Weekday hours will vary based on business needs Carolina Auto Sales Responsibilities Actively contact and follow up with vehicle sales leads Answer phone calls, texts, Facebook/Marketplace inquiries, and online leads Work to turn inquiries into appointments and vehicle sales Greet and assist customers at the dealership Provide customers with vehicle information Assist customers with credit applications Follow up with customers throughout the sales process Enter and maintain customer information in our CRM and dealership software Assist with vehicle photos, listings, advertising, and social media Assist with U-Haul reservations, check-ins, and returns Complete general dealership paperwork and office duties as needed Flowers Insurance Agency Responsibilities Actively contact and follow up with insurance leads Answer incoming insurance inquiries Schedule appointments for insurance quotes Gather customer information needed for quotes Follow up with prospective insurance customers Assist with auto, home, renters, commercial, and other insurance inquiries Maintain accurate customer and lead information Help market and promote Flowers Insurance Agency Assist with general customer service and office duties Insurance experience or an insurance license is not required. Training will be provided for the appropriate duties.

Skills & Qualifications Applicants must : Be sales-minded and comfortable actively contacting customers and leads Be computer proficient Be a quick learner and comfortable learning multiple computer programs and systems Be comfortable with CRM software, email, texting, internet-based programs, and social media Have strong phone and communication skills Be dependable and punctual Be flexible with scheduling Be organized and able to document customer interactions accurately Be comfortable multitasking between the dealership and insurance agency Be self-motivated and able to follow up with leads without constant supervision Be friendly, outgoing, and professional Be willing to learn and take direction Previous sales and/or customer-service experience is strongly preferred. Automotive or insurance experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate. Compensation Hourly pay + commission opportunities + performance-based bonus opportunities This position offers the opportunity to earn additional income through sales and performance. Specific commission and bonus details will be discussed during the interview.
