Job Description
If you love interacting with people and can provide excellent customer service, come join our flight school team as a Weekend Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will work Saturdays and Sundays, with an option for Friday afternoons. As an Elon Aviation Customer Service Representative, you will support our fast-paced flight school by performing the following tasks: 1. Greet our flight students, renters, and prospective customers as they enter the office. 2. Answer telephones and assist customers. 3. Dispatch departing flights and check in incoming flights. 4. Perform basic word processing and filing tasks. 5. Maintain the general cleanliness and appearance of the office. We are looking for team members with the following requirements: 1. High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 2. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. 3. Must possess a valid state driver's license. 4. Previous experience preferred.
