Cashiers, NC Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM5:00
PM, FT Pay:
$19.00$22.00 per hour,
DOE Assignment:
Seasonal approx. October 2026 through April 2027 Position Overview Seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide seasonal support at Cashiers, NC location. This position will assist customers in person and by phone while also providing general clerical and administrative support to the office. The fall and winter months are a busy season for the industry, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable handling multiple priorities, assisting customers with a variety of needs, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided on company-specific systems and programs. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers with general account and billing questions Receive customer service calls and help coordinate service requests Answer and direct incoming phone calls as needed Enter, update, and retrieve customer information using company computer systems Perform general clerical and administrative duties Complete filing and maintain organized customer and office records Learn and utilize company-specific software and programs Manage multiple customer requests and administrative tasks throughout the day Provide additional office and customer service support as needed during the busy season Qualifications Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred Strong basic computer skills and ability to learn new software programs Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable interacting with customers both in person and over the phone Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a busy office environment #INDC
